Blake Lively has filed an amended complaint in her ongoing legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, alleging that other women on set also felt uncomfortable around him.

The updated 163-page lawsuit was filed in a New York federal court on February 18, 2025, providing what her legal team describes as “significant additional evidence” to support her original claims. This amendment builds upon her initial lawsuit from December 31, 2024, which accused Baldoni and others of misconduct.

According to Lively’s attorneys, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, the new filing includes “previously undisclosed communications” between Lively, Sony, Wayfarer Studios, and multiple other witnesses. They claim that these documents further corroborate her allegations.

In addition to reinforcing her original claims, Lively’s legal team has now added a defamation claim, arguing that Baldoni and others have spread “repeated false statements” about her since the lawsuit was first filed.

This addition also names Jed Wallace and his company as new defendants in the case. Wallace, who has separately filed a lawsuit against Lively, has denied being involved in any smear campaign against her.

At one point in the amended filing, Lively’s lawyers directly refute Baldoni’s defense, stating that his “false narrative crumbles under the indisputable truth.” They assert that Lively “was not alone in complaining about Mr. Baldoni” and that she raised concerns as early as 2023—long before any alleged power struggle over control of the film emerged in 2024.

A spokesperson for Lively reinforced this position, stating that the revised lawsuit “details the corroboration that backs up Blake’s original sexual harassment and retaliation concerns.” The spokesperson further claimed that “other women confided in Blake about their discomfort and fear of coming forward, as well as their concern about the current public vitriol.”

Baldoni, 41, has continued to deny all allegations. On January 31, he amended his own countersuit against Lively, Ryan Reynolds, their publicist, and The New York Times, even publishing his legal filings online for his followers to access.

His legal team argues that Lively’s accusations are false and part of an orchestrated attack against him.

As part of the discovery process, Lively’s attorneys recently issued subpoenas for Baldoni’s phone records. They believe the records “will expose the people, tactics, and methods that have worked to ‘destroy’ and ‘bury’ [Lively’s] reputation and family over the past year.”

However, Baldoni’s legal team strongly opposes the subpoenas, calling them a “massive fishing expedition.” They argue that Lively’s lawyers are “desperately seeking any factual basis for their provably false claims” and insist that no such evidence will be found.

The case is currently set to go to trial in March 2026, though tensions continue to escalate. Both parties recently declined mediation, signaling that the legal battle will likely play out in court rather than behind closed doors.

Earlier this month, U.S. District Judge Lewis J. Liman issued a warning to both sides, urging them to stop using the media to litigate their case. He even suggested that if the public relations war continues, he might move the trial date forward.
