Diddy Sued Over Alleged Nightclub Assault in 2016

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' Allegations and Controversies: A Timeline

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a new lawsuit from a Jane Doe who claims he forcibly made her consume alcohol before sexually assaulting her at a Los Angeles nightclub in November 2016. The allegations, detailed in a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, paint a disturbing picture of the hip-hop mogul's alleged actions that night.

According to the lawsuit, the woman was at Club Playhouse when Diddy approached her and offered her a drink. When she refused, he allegedly became aggressive, demanding, "Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up."

The woman claims she was intimidated and felt pressured to comply, ultimately drinking the beverage after Diddy forcefully slid the glass towards her.

Shortly after consuming the drink, the lawsuit alleges that Diddy placed his right arm around her in a side hug before reaching up her skirt with his left hand.

The woman says he forcibly penetrated her with his fingers while making crude remarks, including, "Bitch I do what I want, take that s***." His entourage allegedly stood nearby, laughing while the incident took place.

The woman managed to escape from Diddy and left the club. She claims she hailed a ride back to her hotel, where she felt so disoriented that she required assistance to get to her room.

The following morning, she reportedly woke up to find bruising and a tear in and around her vagina, which she believes was caused by Diddy's alleged assault.

Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, issuing a statement to TMZ that reads: "No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."

They further emphasized confidence in the legal process, stating that "a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

The woman is being represented by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who has taken on a growing number of cases against Diddy, representing at least 120 clients in lawsuits involving the music mogul.

This case adds to the mounting legal troubles Diddy has faced in recent months, as accusations continue to surface.

While Diddy has long been a powerful figure in the entertainment industry, the weight of these legal battles could have lasting consequences on his legacy. The lawsuit seeks damages, though the exact amount remains unclear.
